Here's my second attempt at a nugget box and I like this one even better. I've been trying to use up supplies I've been hoarding for years (yes, years) so I went to town with shimmer.
The box is constructed of silver metalic paper using a template on SCS.
Instead of using mailing lables for the wrap I cut strips of the designed paper used for the sleve into 1" x2 3/4" strips. These were really easy to attach with a little adhesive on each end. to top them I did stamp the snowflake on the mailing label and punched it out. It was easy to attach my custom made little snowflake sticker.
For the box topped I stamped the flake in Bashful Blue on shimmery white and added the sentiment. Even with all the metalic paper it just didn't have enough "bling" for me so I added the Heidi Swap crystals to the center of each snowflake.
We got out Christmas tree this morning and are planning on spending the evening decorating it while watching Christmas movies. It should be a fun evening.
