Playing with Buttons

I broke out the buttons and scrap patterned paper today to play along with the MIM PTI Challenge. This first card is fun because I got the chance to stamp on a wooden tag. I'm always impressed with how well the PTI images work with these tags as long as you stamp against the grain. I did a blend of my favorite papers from the Cosmo Cricket Salt Air collection for the base.

The bicycle was just calling my name from this PTI set and I had to make another card. I wanted the background a bit more simple so I stuck with just one patterned paper scrap behind the tag. The wooden buttons are a new favorite of mine.
