I Heart You!

Here's a super simple valentine card you can make with very few materials or supplies. I don't have a heart shaped punch so I took my scissors to this heart filled sheet of designer paper from Little Yellow Bicycle. This is another example of how you can put seasonal DP to work for you. It makes it easy to stay up with the trends if you look for prints with images that could be cut. The $1.50 per sheet is a whole lot cheaper than buying new images on what may be a trendy or infrequently used stamp for you. I finished it off with the cute little I heart you image from Cornish Heritage Farms.

Thanks for looking, have a fantastic week!

Hey there cupcake

I've been cranking out simple and fun valentines this weekend in mass production. I think it's almost more fun to send a valentine than a Christmas card so I plan to send a lot.

Heres a few that require no stamping. Yes, thats zero ink and rubber required! Put the designer patterned paper to work I say. This is such an easy layout that I've been using a lot over the last few weeks, yet it looks very different each time thanks to the DP!
Paper by Daisy Bucket, Stampin' Up! scallop square punch, American Crafts Flair buttons

Here's a cute and fun cupcake card. I colored the frosting with ink and a blender pen to give the fluffy look and then layered on some punches. The tiny hearts were really fun to stamp in the scallops.
