A little sunshine

Here's a little sunshine for you to help chase away the gloom of winter. I discovered a bag of scrabble piece my Mom had given me to use for scrapping and decided to make some little charms. I found the mini mat packs of paper are perfect since the size is very small. What could be cuter than this Cosmo Cricket Earth Love pack mounted and glazed? All you need to do is glue a scrap onto the wood and let dry for a few minutes. I then came in with my sanding block and distressed the edges.
Once you have the paper the way you like it, just outline the image with crystal effects or diamond glaze and slowly fill in the square. These took about 3 hours to dry completely. Once dry they could be used as embellishments, magnets, and even jewelry! I think I'll be on the hunt for scrabble games at the Goodwill from now on!
